Mikey Madison Facts
She grew up in Los Angeles, California.
She was into competitive horseback riding until she decided to try out a career in acting.
Mikey Madison co-starred as Max Fox (Sam’s volatile and angry but essentially decent oldest daughter) in the FX black comedy-drama series Better Things from 2016 to 2022. In April 2017, the show received a Peabody Award and the board stated: “[…] this searingly funny and beautiful show is an at-times raw examination of the vicissitudes of working motherhood, crackling with feminist verve and energy, that consistently cuts new ground”.
Between 2017 and 2018, she appeared as Young Maddie in 2 episodes of the dark comedy television series Imposters.
In 2019, Mikey Madison provided vocals to the character of Candi the barista (who works in Assimilation) in the computer-animated supernatural black comedy film The Addams Family.
She has been cast as Judith Weinstein in the limited thriller drama series Lady in the Lake.
She once stated, “I was just painfully shy. I couldn’t talk to anyone. Going up in front of class, I would have to mentally prepare myself to raise my hand.”
